100 Club App was an idea founded by Caine Eckstein whilst training with Daniel Carruthers in 2013. Caine was competing as a professional ironman and was doing several gym sessions per week with Daniel as a trainer. Caine was completing high intensity workouts focusing on body weight exercises in approximately 20-40 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week and was seeing impressive results. 100 Club App is designed to give you realistic and achievable daily fitness goals in a short amount of time using minimal space and equipment. Also giving you the right knowledge of technique and structure to improve your daily workout routines.
